1. Chicken Fried Steak Sliders

A round white plate with blue trim with a chicken fried steak slider on it with more sliders in the background, and a title overlay at the top.

Crispy fried cube steak drowned in country gravy and stuffed in soft Hawaiian rolls – Southern comfort food at its finest. I make these all the time and have never had one leftover. Just beware, they’re a little messy but SO worth it.

2. Ham and Cheese Sliders

Three ham and cheese sliders on a white plate with one on top of the other two, and a title overlay at the top.

Ham and cheese are such a great combination, and these sliders become next level with garlic herb butter brushed on top right before baking. I can whip these up in no time at all, and they are *always* a crowd favorite. Easy, quick, and absurdly tasty.

3. Chili Dog Sliders

A white plate with a chili dog slider on it showing the hot dog, chili, cheese, and diced onions on top, and a title overlay at the top.

Sliders and chili dogs are two of my favorite summer meals. Put them together in this super recipe and you have a meal that is better than either one alone. Loaded with grilled hot dogs, chili, sharp cheddar and white onion on toasted buns, these are sure to be a hit at your next game day, kids party or fun weeknight dinner.

4. Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Sliders

A small white square plate with one Hawaiian BBQ chicken slider on it with a small bowl of pineapple in the background.

These have just the right balance of sweet, smoky and just a hint of tropical flavor. It’s that pineapple slaw piled on top that takes them over the top! I made these for a potluck and they disappeared before anything else! Everyone loves a fun spin on BBQ pulled chicken.

5. Buffalo Chicken Sliders

These sliders are for you if you enjoy a bit of spice! Juicy fried chicken tossed with buffalo sauce, covered with melted cheese and broiled on Hawaiian bread creates the perfect slider everyone can’t help but eat more than one of. My family demolishes these every game day!

6. Crockpot Crack Chicken Sandwiches

A close up of a crockpot crack chicken sandwich on a white plate with blue trim with two more in the background, and a title overlay at the top.

Cream cheese, ranch, bacon, and cheddar loaded into a slow cooker with chicken. Tender, flavor packed chicken served on slider buns. SO good and easy to make. These are perfect for parties and pot lucks. I double the recipe because you will want seconds. Enjoy!

7. Brisket Philly Sliders

Three brisket Philly sliders on a white plate stacked on top of each other with more sliders in the background.

Brisket Philly Sliders are the sort of crossbreed that you instantly ask yourself why you didn’t think of. Tender brisket, bell peppers, onions and melty provolone on soft rolls equals flavor Olympics. They’re impressive without much effort, which is pretty much my favorite kind of recipe. And they’re a great use for leftover brisket!

8. Chicken Salad Sliders

Three chicken salad sliders on a white plate with more sliders in the background along with green grapes in a small white bowl.

Creamy, crunchy, fresh all at the same time, and that burst of sweetness from the grapes really takes these sliders over the top. I love whipping these up when I’m craving something easy but slightly fancy. They make a great appetizer, party snack, or even fun lunch!

9. Easy Leftover Brisket Sliders

Three brisket sliders on a white plate with two on the bottom and one on top with a bite taken out of it, and a title overlay at the top.

One of my favorite ways EVER to use leftover brisket is this: mayo brushed toasted buns + melty cheese + tender sliced beef + heaping scoop of coleslaw ON TOP. It looks and tastes like you spent hours on it when it comes together super quickly. Have some leftover brisket hanging out in your fridge? Make these tonight.

10. Pulled Pork Sliders (Leftover Pulled Pork Recipe)

Three pulled pork sliders on a white plate with one on top of the other two, and a bite has been taken out of the one on top, and a title overlay at the top.

Warm pulled pork, crunchy coleslaw and melted sharp cheddar on toasted slider buns = one delicious mini taste of a cookout all in one bite. They come together super fast too which is great when you’re starting with leftovers like I was. Sweet. Savory. Addictive.

11. Sausage Pepperoni Pizza Sliders

Three sausage pepperoni pizza sliders on a plate with one on top of the other two,, and a title overlay at the top.

Pizza night and game day had a mouthwatering little baby and this is it. Homemade sauce, Italian sausage, pepperoni and melty mozzarella cheese baked into buttery garlic-herb brushed rolls. It’s something I whip up when I want a lot of food with minimal effort that always satisfies a crowd.

12. Pastrami Sliders

A white plate with two pastrami sliders with one stacked on top of the other and a bite taken out of the one on top, with more sliders in the background, and a title overlay at the top.

Juicy pastrami that melts in your mouth, smooth provolone cheese, crunchy dill pickle chips and garlicky herb butter baked into sweet Hawaiian bread. It’s deli comfort food at it’s finest and my version. The sweetness of the bread with all that salty, savory goodness just can’t be beat. These are simple to make and are sure to please any time I make them.

13. Turkey Meatball Sliders

Turkey Meatball Sliders on a white plate stacked up on each other with a bite taken out of the one on top.

All the things you love about a meatball sub – tangy sauce, melty cheese, juicy meatballs – in a little slider roll. Made with ground turkey, these Turkey Meatball Sliders are a bit lighter but trust me, you wont miss meat! Easy comfort food that’s great for busy weeknights or a party app!
