Chicken
- 3 chicken breasts, boneless skinless, pounded to ยฝ thick
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Slap Ya Mama Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder
- ยฝ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 12 ounce bacon, thick cut, cut into 3rds
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 8 ounce shredded lettuce
Avocado Ranch
- 1 large avocado
- ยฝ packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- ยพ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons milk, to thin, as desired
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 375 degrees.
Grilled Chicken
- Cut chicken into 2 inch pieces
- In a medium bowl, add oil, chicken, and seasonings.
- Grill chicken approximately 5 minutes on each side. Set aside.
- Fry bacon until crispy. Place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess grease. Set aside.
Avocado Ranch Dressing
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place top and bottom slider buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
