Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders with Avocado Ranch Dressing
Our chicken bacon ranch sliders have everyone coming back for more. Loaded with grilled chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy avocado ranch dressing, these sliders are zesty, bold, and oh, so good.

Grilled Chicken
Cut chicken into 2 inch pieces
In a medium bowl, add oil, chicken, and seasonings.
Grill chicken approximately 5 minutes on each side. Set aside.
Fry bacon until crispy. Place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess grease. Set aside.
Avocado Ranch Dressing
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place top and bottom slider buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Toast buns for about 5-7 minutes.
Assemble the Sliders
Add some sauce on the bottom buns, followed by shredded lettuce, chicken, bacon, top with additional sauce, and place top buns on top. Enjoy!
Tips
- Easily pound your chicken with no mess by placing the breasts between two pieces of parchment paper.
- For food safety, check your cooked chicken with a food thermometer. It's fully cooked and juicy at 165°F.
- Don't peel your avocados until you're ready to mix the dressing. This keeps them from turning brown.
- If your ranch dressing is too thick, add a splash of milk and blend again.
