How to Make Brisket Philly Sliders

1: Saute the peppers and onions over medium heat until tender and the onions are translucent. Then, add the brisket and cook until heated through.

2: Slice the rolls in half and spread mayo on each side, and top with cheese.

3: Add the meat mixture, and more cheese, and add the top buns.

4: Bake on a prepared baking sheet until the cheese is melted and enjoy.
Expert Tips
- Use a sharp bread knife to cut the rolls to ensure they hold their shape.
- Prep the rolls while the meat is heating up. This allows you to add the hot meat mixture to the cheese, reducing baking time and ensuring your rolls don’t get too brown.
