These Crockpot Crack Chicken Sandwiches are made with boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, seasonings, cream cheese, ranch dressing, bacon, and cheddar cheese and are super easy to make and are always a welcome addition when added to the party menu.

If you love crack chicken and you love sliders, then you’ve come to the right places. This crock pot crack chicken recipe has long been a favorite among my family and friends. I love making them for dinner, backyard parties, and potlucks. I basically love to make them whenever I have an excuse! They make the perfect dinner or party food because they’re easy to eat, and they absolutely explode with flavor. If you’ve never made them before, be prepared for your tastebuds to be amazed!

Crockpot Crack Chicken Sandwiches

These delicious mini chicken sandwiches are super easy to make and loaded with flavor. Tender, juicy chicken breasts combine with a creamy sauce made of cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic, and other tasty seasonings along with bacon and cheese. It’s all shredded and then placed on delicious slider buns to create sandwiches that will have everyone begging for more. If I bring these to a potluck or party, I always make two batches. They’re that good.

How Long is Crack Chicken Good?

You can store it in the refrigerator for 3-4 days in an airtight container. Always store the crack chicken separately from the buns.

Yes. Simply chill it in the refrigerator, then transfer it to an air-tight, freezer-safe container.

It only takes a few ingredients to create these delicious sandwiches, and they’re all kitchen staples. Any ingredients you don’t have are easily found at your local grocery store. The list couldn’t be simpler.

  • Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • Yellow onion, diced
  • Garlic salt
  • Slap Ya Mamaยฎ
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Cream cheese
  • Dry ranch dressing mix
  • Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Slider buns

How to Make Crockpot Crack Chicken Sandwiches

Making these sandwiches is as easy as gathering up the ingredients. In just a few simple steps, you’ll have some of the most delicious sliders you’ve ever made.

Step 1: Cook the Chicken

Add the chicken, onion, bacon, dry ranch seasoning mix, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, garlic salt, pepper, and paprika to your slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 – 4 hours.

Step 2: Shred Chicken and Add Cream Cheese

Shred the chicken using shredding claws or two forks. Then, stir in the cream cheese and continue to cook on low for an additional 30-40 minutes. Then, top the mixture with shredded cheese and cook for another 10 – 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve on slider buns immediately.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • ยฝ yellow onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mamaยฎ
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  • Add the chicken, onion, bacon, dry ranch seasoning, Slap Ya Mama, garlic salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Shred the chicken and stir in cream cheese. Cover and cook on low for an additional 30-40 minutes.
  • Top with shredded cheese. Cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    I have seen this Slap Ya Mama seasoning in your magazine before
    but haven’t been able to find it in grocery stores in my area. How can I get so of this seasoning???
