Ingredients
- 1 garlic bulb, roasted
- ยฝ teaspoon olive oil
- โ teaspoon salt
- ยฝ cup butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ยผ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 French bread sticks, sliced into discs (itโs smaller than a loaf of French bread).
Instructions
How to Roast Garlic
- Cut ยผ off the head of the garlic.
- Place the garlic bulb, root side down, on a piece of aluminum foil about 5×5 inches.
- Drizzle olive oil over the garlic and add a pinch of salt.
- Wrap the foil around the garlic to seal completely. Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 390 degrees for 20 minutes, (to roast in the oven, place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes – 1 hour).
- Remove and once the garlic is cool enough to handle, unwrap and squeeze the garlic cloves into a small bowl. Add butter, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Stir until all the ingredients are combined.

- Add butter mixture to each piece of bread and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
