- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon water
Crumb Topping
- ยผ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ยผ teaspoon cinnamon pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, cold, diced small

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
