Ingredients
- 7-8 fresh jalapeños rinse, stems removed, cut in half
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dried epazote
- 1 teaspoon salt
