Divide the potatoes into four foil packets. Close them up and place them on a baking sheet seam-side down. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Then, flip them over, place 1 tablespoon of butte rin each packet and bake again for 10 to 15 more minutes until the potatoes are fork tender.
Step 3: Add Cheese
Remove the packets from the oven and add ยผ cup of shredded cheese to each one. Let the packets rest for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
