These Cosmic Brownie Bites are soft and chewy, tastes like their full-size counterparts, and are the perfect bite-size snack. They are great for parties, potlucks, after dinner dessert, or when a chocolate craving hits.

If you’re alive, you’ve probably had a Cosmic Brownie. Those little bites have been a staple of childhood snacking since time out of mind, and while some seem to outgrow them, I never did. Throughout my adult life, I continued to buy boxes of those delicious treats for my family and myself. These days, however, I find it more enjoyable and far tastier to create my own version of my favorite treat, Cosmic Brownie bites.
Cosmic Brownie Bites
These delicious, frosted chocolate cookie bites start with a simple brownie batter that comes together in just a few minutes and bakes up nice and fudgy. I cook them until just slightly cracked and let them cool. Then, I top them with an easy chocolate glaze and rainbow chip sprinkles to create a look and flavor that’s so good that I’d call it even better than the original.

Variations
