Peach Puff Pastry
This delicious peach puff pastry recipe is made with fresh peaches and a sweet cream cheese mixture rolled up into crescents made out of puff pastry dough, baked to golden, flaky perfection, and drizzled with glaze.

- 2 boxes puff pastry sheets
Cream Cheese Filling
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Beat until combined.
Cut the Pastry Dough
On a lightly floured surface, roll out pastry sheets.
Cut each puff pastry into diagonal cuts.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over each diagonal puff pastry strip, followed by the peach mixture (might not use all of the cream cheese mixture or peach filling).
Cover each pastry with remaining diagonal strips of puff pastry.
Roll each pastry like a crescent and place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining puff pastry sheet.
