These cheddar biscuits little smokies are made with Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix and beef lit'l smokies, are baked to golden perfection, and brushed with a buttery herb seasoning blend.

- 12 ounce beef little smokies
- 2 pouches Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 1 ½ cup cold water
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup butter
- 2 packets garlic herb blend mix
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Make biscuit dough according to package directions.
Take a small amount of dough and wrap around a little smokie.
Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all dough is used.
Bake for 14-16 or until biscuits are golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter.
Add garlic herb blend, stir to combine.
Brush butter mixture over hot biscuits.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
