Cheddar Biscuit Little Smokies

These cheddar biscuits little smokies are made with Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix and beef lit'l smokies, are baked to golden perfection, and brushed with a buttery herb seasoning blend.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce beef little smokies
  • 2 pouches Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 ½ cup cold water
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 packets garlic herb blend mix

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Make biscuit dough according to package directions.
  • Take a small amount of dough and wrap around a little smokie.
  • Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all dough is used.
  • Bake for 14-16 or until biscuits are golden brown on top.
  • Remove from the oven.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter.
  • Add garlic herb blend, stir to combine.
  • Brush butter mixture over hot biscuits.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
