Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet and lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
Line the crackers on the rack.
Cut each strip of bacon into 4 equal parts.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
Place a piece of the cut bacon on top of each cracker followed by a teaspoon of brown sugar mixture.
Press brown sugar down and even it out a bit.
Bake for 22-25 minutes or until the bacon is cooked through and the mixture has caramelized.

- Avoid thick-cut bacon. It takes too long to cook, and your crackers will end up getting soggy.
