Banana Parfait Recipe Tips and Variations

This delicious dessert is super easy to make, but I do have a couple of tips to help you make it the best that it can be. I also have some fantastic variations that I think you’ll love.

Tips

  • Stop beating the whipped cream as soon as stiff peaks form. Any longer and the whipped cream will deflate.
  • Place your diced strawberries on a plate with a paper towel to absorb any excess moisture.
  • Only slice the bananas when you’re ready to construct the parfait so they don’t brown.

Variations

  • Use any of your favorite fruits in this recipe.
  • You can change things up by using your favorite pudding.
  • Crush vanilla wafers in place of graham crackers for a different flavor.
