- 39 ounce Eckrich Smoked Sausage, sliced into ¼” slices
- 11.2 ounce Pretty Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 8 ounce grape jelly
Spray a 6-8 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large frying pan, add half of the sliced sausage along with ½ cup water.
Cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Repeat with the remaining sausages.
Add the sausages to the slow cooker, the grape jelly, and the sweet chili sauce.
Stir to combine. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4-5 hours.
- If your sausage doesn't have as much color as you'd like by the time the water evaporates, just let it cook in the pan for about a minute per side.
- We like to give everything a stir about an hour after adding it to the slow cooker to make sure everything mixes well.
