Ingredients

  • 39 ounce Eckrich Smoked Sausage, sliced into ¼” slices
  • 11.2 ounce Pretty Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 8 ounce grape jelly

Instructions

  • Spray a 6-8 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large frying pan, add half of the sliced sausage along with ½ cup water.
  • Cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Repeat with the remaining sausages.
  • Add the sausages to the slow cooker, the grape jelly, and the sweet chili sauce.
  • Stir to combine. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4-5 hours.

Notes

  • If your sausage doesn't have as much color as you'd like by the time the water evaporates, just let it cook in the pan for about a minute per side.
  • We like to give everything a stir about an hour after adding it to the slow cooker to make sure everything mixes well.
