Preheat oven to 375°
In a small mixing bowl, add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and stir until combined.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and corn syrup.
Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Fold in oats, butterscotch morsels, and chopped walnuts.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 8-9 minutes or until edges have browned.
Remove from oven and let sit for 2 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
