Loaded Potatoes Foil Packets
These easy and delicious loaded potato foil packets only take a few minutes to put together and only a few more minutes to bake. All the favorite classic flavor of loaded baked potatoes made in foil packs.

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds baby creamer potatoes, diced into small chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Kinder’s Red Jalapeño Garlic seasoning can omit
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 5-6 slices bacon, crumbled
- sour cream
- green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large mixing bowl, toss potatoes in olive oil and seasonings
- Divide potatoes into 4 foil packets, close up and place seam side down on a cookie sheet.
- Place in oven for 10 mins, remove, flip packets and place 1 tbsp of butter in each packet.
- Reseal packets and put back in oven for 10-15 more minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
- Remove from oven, add ¼ cup of shredded cheese to each packet and let rest for 2-3 mins or until cheese is melted.
- Top with bacon crumbs, sour cream, and green onions
