Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and peanut butter until creamy.
Add eggs, vanilla and corn syrup. Beat until combined.
Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well.
Fold peanut butter chocolate chips into cookie batter.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from baking sheet and place cookies on a wire rack to cool.
