Ingredients

  • pounds sausage kielbasa or smoke sausage, sliced ¼" thick
  • 2 pounds baby creamer potatoes, washed, sliced into quarters
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed, cut in half
  • cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  • Spray an 8-quart crock pot with a non-stick cooking spray or use a crock pot liner.
  • Wash creamer potatoes, cut into quarters and place in the crock pot.
  • Add sliced kielbasa, green beans, onions, garlic, oil, seasonings, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
  • Turn the crock pot on high and slow cook for 4 hours, or on low for 6 hours, or until potatoes are tender.

Notes

Tips
  • Spray your crock pot or use a liner to prevent sticking.
  • Because the potatoes won't be peeled, I recommend using a vegetable scrubber when rinsing them.
  • Refrigerate your onions for about 30 minutes to prevent watery eyes.
