Chorizo Queso Dip
This delicious dip is easy to make and only uses a few simple ingredients. Chorizo is the star of the show along with two different types of cheese, Pico de Gallo, a splash of milk, zesty seasonings, and then baked to melty perfection.

- 12 ounce chorizo
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chile powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ⅓ cup milk
- 4 ounce Pico de Gallo
- 16 ounce easy melt Queso blanco cheese spread
- 10 ounce Queso quesadilla, shredded
- Optional Topping: sliced green onions, cilantro
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a cast iron skillet, oven medium heat, add chorizo and seasonings and cook until done. Drain grease and return to the skillet.
Add pico de gallo, both shredded cheeses.
Pour milk into the skillet and bake uncovered for 15-18 minutes.
Stir halfway through.
Top with sliced green onions and fresh cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips.
