Cheesy Corn Dip
This cheesy corn dip is a quick and easy dip recipe that is perfect to serve with tortilla chips, bread, or to top baked potatoes, and it's so simple to make.

Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese, cubed
- 8 ounce pepper jack cheese, cubed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- 13 ounce jar cowboy caviar, from Trader Joes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Put cream cheese and pepper jack cheese in a tart pan.
- Sprinkle with seasonings and pour cowboy caviar over the top.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, remove and stir.
- Put back in the oven for 10-15 additional minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Cut the cheese into relatively small cubes so they melt evenly.
- Add the seasonings over the cheese before pouring in the caviar. This ensures everything is evenly distributed when you mix it all up.
