Breakfast Biscuit Casserole

Preheat oven to 375° and spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray
In a large skillet, brown breakfast sausage until no longer pink. Drain and return to pan
Add eggs, salt, and pepper and stir until eggs are fully cooked
Add half of the shredded cheese to the eggs
Place sausage and egg mixture into prepared baking dish
Top with biscuits and remaining shredded cheese
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top each biscuit with a small amount of butter and let melt
Serve hot. Enjoy!
- Be sure to drain off the grease. Sausage is quite greasy and you don't want that in your casserole.
- Make individual servings. This is especially nice for a fancier brunch. Add the egg mixture to ramekins and then top with the biscuits and cheese. Place the ramekins on a baking tray and bake as directed.
