Banana Cake
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar together until nice and creamy.
Add the eggs and vanilla, and beat until combined.
Next, add the flour, baking soda, and salt and beat just until combined.
Stir in the mashed banana until combined.
Fill each cupcake liner ⅔ full and bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cream Cheese Frosting
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter together. Add vanilla and beat until combined.
Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until smooth and creamy.
Once cupcakes have cooled completely, add the frosting and enjoy.
