These bacon wrapped mini meatloaves are so tasty and easy to make. They are oven baked and topped with barbecue sauce, and they are always the hit at a party, game day celebration, backyard barbecues, or a midday snack.

Meatloaf
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the topping ingredients.
Shape into 2-inch oblong meatloaves.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each one and place on the prepared baking sheet and rack. Secure each one with two toothpicks to keep the bacon in place.
Topping
In a small bowl, stir barbecue sauce and ketchup together. Spread over the top of the meatloaves. Brush again half way through, if desired.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165, and the bacon is crispy.
- Don't overwork the meatloaf mixture. Overmixing causes dry meatloaf.

- It's important to use a baking rack so your meatloaves aren't sitting in grease.
