- 8 large eggs
- 1 green bell pepper stem, seeds removed, diced
- 2 green onions chopped
- 12 ounces bacon crumbled
- ½ teaspoon minced onions
- ½ teaspoon Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 12-count muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Fry bacon until desired crispness is obtained. Set aside to cool, then crumble.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs until combined.
Add the seasonings and whisk until combined.
Next, add the diced green bell pepper, chopped green onions, and crumbled bacon. Stir.
Pour into the prepared muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and enjoy.
