Graham Cracker Crust
- 2½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar
Topping
- 21 ounce cherry pie filling
- 1 cup fresh cherries, optional, can use more cherries
Graham Cracker Crust
In a medium bowl, add graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Stir until combined.
Spread the crumb mixture into the prepared baking dish. Press into an even, smooth layer.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.
Cream Cheese Filling
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Add powdered sugar and beat on low speed until combined.
Fold cool whip into cream cheese mixture until combined.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over cooled crust.
Topping
Pour pie filling over the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly.
Place fresh cherries randomly on top of the pie filling.
Cover with aluminum foil and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
