Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust

  • cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar

Cream Cheese Filling

Topping

  • 21 ounce cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, optional, can use more cherries

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375° and lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

Graham Cracker Crust

  • In a medium bowl, add graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Stir until combined.
  • Spread the crumb mixture into the prepared baking dish. Press into an even, smooth layer.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.

Cream Cheese Filling

  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Add powdered sugar and beat on low speed until combined.
  • Fold cool whip into cream cheese mixture until combined.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over cooled crust.

Topping

  • Pour pie filling over the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly.
  • Place fresh cherries randomly on top of the pie filling.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
