Ingredients
- 16 ounces Rotini noodles
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup onion diced small
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 12 ounces chicken sausage sliced
- 15 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 12 ounce jar artichoke hearts quartered
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley

- 3 cups baby spinach
