Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage sliced then cut each slice into 4 pieces
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup milk
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups cooked white rice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° and spray a 7×11 baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, over medium high heat, add water and sausage.
