In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar and salt.
Add yeast and stir. Next, add egg yolks and butter. Stir.
Using a stand mixer with the dough attachment
While mixing, slowly add warm milk.
Mix until dough is elastic and doesn’t stick to the bowl.
Form dough into a ball.
Place dough ball back into bowl, cover with kitchen towel and let rise for 45 minutes or until dough has doubled in size.
Transfer dough onto a well-floured surface and knead with hands,
Cut dough into 8 balls and flatten.
Cut out center of dough and set aside.
Place donuts on a baking sheet and cover with a towel. Let rest for 20 minutes.
Heat oil over medium heat. Once oil is hot, fry donuts for 3-4 minutes or until brown on each side.
Remove from oil and place on a paper towel lined plate to absorb excess oil.
