Sheet Pan Sausage and Potatoes
This delicious and flavorful sheet pan sausage and potatoes is an easy-to-make sheet pan recipe made with smoked sausage, tender potatoes, bell pepper and onions, and seasoned perfectly.

Ingredients
- (2) 12 ounce beef smoked sausage, sliced
- 3 large russet potatoes, peeled, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 green bell peppers cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 large yellow onion cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama seasonings
- 2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425° and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add potatoes, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle all seasonings over potatoes, toss.
- Add bell pepper and onion, stir.
- Next, add sliced sausage and remaining tablespoon of oil. Stir to coat.
- Place mixture on prepared baking sheet and spread out in an even layer.
- Baked for 40-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from oven and enjoy with a crusty bread and a side salad, if desired.
