  • In a large pot, cook pasta according to the package.
  • In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat and add sausage. Add in onions and garlic. Cook until sausage is browned and onions are translucent.
  • Once cooked, add in artichokes and crushed tomatoes.
  • Add seasonings and stir until combined. Let cook for 5-8 minutes until the sauce starts to boil. Add the spinach.
  • Slowly stir in parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  • Once cheese has melted, pour sauce over noodles. Serve hot.
