In a large pot, cook pasta according to the package.
In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat and add sausage. Add in onions and garlic. Cook until sausage is browned and onions are translucent.
Once cooked, add in artichokes and crushed tomatoes.
Add seasonings and stir until combined. Let cook for 5-8 minutes until the sauce starts to boil. Add the spinach.
Slowly stir in parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Once cheese has melted, pour sauce over noodles. Serve hot.
