For The Bread Pudding
- 16 ounce Challah bread, cut into 1-1½ inch pieces
- 32 ounces butter pecan coffee creamer
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
For the Bread Pudding
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cinnamon and creamer together.
Add day-old bread cubes and chopped pecans to egg mixture. Let sit 10 minutes.
Pour bread into prepared baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 55-60 minutes.
Remove foil and continue to bake for 10 additional minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and top with glaze. Serve warm.
