Preheat oven to 350° and line a muffin pan with liners and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
For The Crust
In a medium bowl, add graham crackers, sugar, and butter together and mix until combined.
Press into the muffin pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
For The Topping
Add a 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips followed by heaping tablespoon of marshmallow fluff onto graham cracker crust. Top with a few more chocolate chips.
Place in the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes or until the chocolate chips have melted and marshmallow fluff has turned golden brown.
