Ingredients

For The Jello

  • (2) 3 ounce boxes raspberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries

For The Crust

  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar

For The Filling

  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 ounce cool whip, thawed

Instructions

For The Jello

  • Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  • Stir in raspberries then refrigerate for 1½ hours until partially set.

For The Crust

  • In a small bowl, mix pretzels, sugar, and butter together.
  • Press firmly into a 13x9 baking dish and bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

For The Filling

  • Beat cream cheese, cool whip, and sugar together.
  • Spread over cooled pretzel crust.
  • Place in the fridge until cool.
  • Spoon jello mixture over cream cheese fully. Spread evenly.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 4-6 hours until firm.
