BBQ Meatloaf is a simple and easy meatloaf recipe that is loaded with lean ground beef, barbecue sauce, and flavorful crispy onions.

- 2½ lbs lean ground beef
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ¾ cup barbecue sauce, divided
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup French's® crispy fried onions, crushed
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
Preheat oven to 350° and prepare a 7x11 baking dish by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix together with clean hands, except ¼ cup of the barbecue sauce.
Form into an oblong loaf and place into prepared baking dish.
Top meatloaf with remaining barbecue sauce, cover with foil and bake for 55-60 minutes.
Remove foil from the baking dish and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
Carefully remove from oven, slice, and enjoy.
