Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheese, divided
  • 2 cans biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375° and spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray
  • In a large skillet, brown breakfast sausage until no longer pink. Drain and return to pan
  • Add eggs, salt, and pepper and stir until eggs are fully cooked
  • Add half of the shredded cheese to the eggs
  • Place sausage and egg mixture into prepared baking dish
  • Top with biscuits and remaining shredded cheese
  • Bake for 25-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top each biscuit with a small amount of butter and let melt
  • Serve hot. Enjoy!
