Steak and Potato Foil Packs

These delicious steak and potato foil packs are loaded with tender pieces of steak, tender potatoes, and slices of corn on the cob. Deliciously seasoned, oven-baked, and a super easy dinner recipe that is also great to cook on the grill too!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs top sirloin steak, into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 lb baby Yukon potatoes, quartered
  • 5 mini corn on the cobs, sliced into 3rds
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Kinder’s buttery steak seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons slap ya mama
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoons black pepper
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 5 sheets of Heavy duty foil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, add steak, potatoes, corn, onions, garlic and oil. Toss to mix.
  • Add seasonings, stir to coat.
  • Place foil on a flat surface and spoon ⅕th of the mixture onto the foil, adding 3 pieces of corn on the cobs in each packet.
  • Place a tablespoon of butter into each packet.
  • Fold to seal and place on a baking sheet.
  • Place in a preheated 425° oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
