Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
This delicious chocolaty chocolate chip cookie pie is just that, chocolaty. Baked in a cast-iron skillet, this dessert is a double doze of chocolate goodness and is topped off with vanilla ice cream. A chocolate lover's dream.

Preheat oven to 350° and line a 12-inch cast iron skillet with aluminum foil. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt together.
In a large bowl using an electric mixer, or a stand mixer, beat butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla and corn syrup together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat until incorporated.
Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients are mix until combined.
Next, stir chocolate chips and chocolate chunks into cookie batter.
Add cookie batter to prepared skillet. Smooth with a spatula in an even layer.
Place into preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
Carefully remove from oven, let cool for 20-30 minutes before serving.
Top individual serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or add vanilla ice cream to the center of the cookie pie and let everyone dig in.
