Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bread Pudding

For The Bread Pudding
- 24 ounce cinnamon toast crunch coffee creamer
- 16 ounce Challah bread
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
For The Bread Pudding
In a large bowl, whisk creamer, eggs, and cinnamon together.
Add bread to mixture, stir to coat.
Place bread into prepared baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 55-60 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour buttermilk glaze over the top.
Sprinkle crushed cereal on top of glaze and serve warm. (Optional)
For the Buttermilk Glaze
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, baking soda, buttermilk,, butter, and corn syrup.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and stir until combined.
Pour over bread pudding immediately.
