Spaghetti and Meatballs

For the Spaghetti Sauce
Brown ground beef, onions and garlic in a large stock pot or dutch oven until meat is no longer pink and onions are translucent. Drain and return to pot.
Pour diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings into pot. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low/medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Using a large frying pan or cast iron skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat.
For the Meatballs
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, except the olive oil, until combined.
Roll a heaping tablespoon of meat mixture into a ball.
Add meatballs to pan, cook until brown on all sides.
Remove from pan and place into the spaghetti sauce.
Reduce heat to low and continue cooking for approximately 30 minutes.
Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
Serve hot with a side salad and garlic breadsticks.
