White Chocolate Bread Pudding
This delicious white chocolate bread pudding is so easy to make and only takes a few simple ingredients, such as, Starbucks® White Chocolate Mocha Coffee Creamer, Challah bread, eggs, cinnamon, and white and chocolate drizzle. A classic favorite with a twist.

- 16 ounce Challah bread cut into 1” cubes
- 28 ounce Starbucks® White Chocolate Mocha coffee creamer
- 5 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅓ cup white chocolate melting wafers
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate melting wafers
Preheat the oven to 350° and spray a 7x11 deep baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk creamer, eggs, and cinnamon together until combined.
Add bread cubes into liquid mixture, stir to coat. Let sit for 20-30 minutes.
Pour bread mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 55 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Melt white chocolate wafers and drizzle over bread pudding.
