Ingredients

leftover pulled pork

shredded cheddar cheese

Barbecue sauce for dipping
Instructions
In a large skillet or frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Place tortillas in hot oil to coat and then remove.
Fill each corn tortilla with a spoonful of pulled pork and shredded cheese.
Fold in half, place in the hot oil, and fry until crispy.
Remove and continue frying the remaining tacos and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
