Oreo Bread Pudding

- 32 ounce Oreo cookie flavored coffee creamer, or French Vanilla
- 15 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
- 16 ounce loaf Challah bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 375° and spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut bread into one inch pieces and place on a cookie sheet and let sit out for a half hour.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs and creamer together.
Add cubed bread and crushed Oreos. Stir.
Next, pour bread pudding mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 55 minutes then remove foil and let cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.
In a small bowl, stir powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together.
Pour over warm bread pudding and serve.
Optional: top with additional crushed Oreos, if desired.
