  • 6-8 quart Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chuck roast, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1.5 pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 4 carrots, peeled, cut into 1 inch chucks
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 10 ounce Rotel®
  • 10.5 ounce cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet Lipton® onion soup mix
  • 15 ounce whole kernel corn, drained
  • 15 ounce green beans, drained

Instructions

  • Spray a 6-8 quart crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, garlic to the crock pot.
  • Place meat on top of vegetables and add seasonings and onion soup mix.
  • Pour Rotel and soup over the top.
  • Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
  • Add corn and green beans the last hour of cooking.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste. Serve hot with biscuits, cornbread, crescents.
