- 3 pounds chuck roast, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1.5 pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
- 4 carrots, peeled, cut into 1 inch chucks
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 10 ounce Rotel®
- 10.5 ounce cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet Lipton® onion soup mix
- 15 ounce whole kernel corn, drained
- 15 ounce green beans, drained
Spray a 6-8 quart crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Add onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, garlic to the crock pot.
Place meat on top of vegetables and add seasonings and onion soup mix.
Pour Rotel and soup over the top.
Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
Add corn and green beans the last hour of cooking.
Salt and pepper, to taste. Serve hot with biscuits, cornbread, crescents.
