In a large skillet or frying pan, heat oil over medium high heat.
In a shallow container, whisk buttermilk and eggs together.
In another shallow container, add breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan and seasonings. Stir to combine.
Dredge chicken in egg mixture, followed by Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
Add a few pieces of chicken at a time to the hot oil and fry for 5-6 minutes per side or until the chicken is golden brown and is thoroughly cooked.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add butter, garlic, chicken broth, lemon juice and black pepper. Stir and cook until hot and bubbly. Pour over chicken and enjoy.
