Using a large skillet, preheat vegetable oil over medium high heat to 375°
In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and buttermilk.
In another shallow bowl, whisk flour, bread crumbs and seasonings together.
Dip each chicken tender into buttermilk mixture and then immediately coat in breadcrumb mixture.
Place 2-3 chicken tenders into oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
Place cooked chicken tenders onto a paper plate lined with paper towels.
Continue frying until all chicken is cooked.
In a separate bowl, mix together BBQ sauce and honey.
Add fried chicken tender into a large skillet and coat with BBQ sauce. Cook chicken until the sauce has thickened and each piece of chicken is coated.
Take heated tortillas, top with shredded lettuce, honey BBQ chicken, drizzle with ranch dressing and top with fried onions.
