  • Preheat the oven to 375° and lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add soup, onions, sour cream and seasonings, stir together until combined.
  • Add hash browns and shredded cheese, stir.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread out evenly.
  • Add crushed crackers to a medium bowl and stir in melted butter until combined.
  • Sprinkle cracker mixture evenly over the potatoes and bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until the topping starts to brown.
  • Carefully remove from the oven and serve with your favorite dish.
