Cheesy Funeral Potatoes
Cheesy Funeral Potatoes are creamy, cheesy, and delicious potatoes that are topped with Ritz crackers and baked to a golden perfection.

Ingredients
- 30 ounce bag frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 medium onion, diced
- (2)10.5 ounce cans cream of chicken soup
- 1½ cups sour cream
- 1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1½ cups pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
- ⅓ cup butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375° and lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add soup, onions, sour cream and seasonings, stir together until combined.
- Add hash browns and shredded cheese, stir.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread out evenly.
- Add crushed crackers to a medium bowl and stir in melted butter until combined.
- Sprinkle cracker mixture evenly over the potatoes and bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until the topping starts to brown.
- Carefully remove from the oven and serve with your favorite dish.
